It’s hard to believe that a good 20 years ago Ja Rule was one of the most successful rappers in the world. Legendary are not only his love rap smashers such as “Always On Time” with Ashanti or “I’m Real” alongside Jennifer Lopez, but also his famous appearance on MTV Cribs, where he once made the statement: “If you ain’t rollin’ right, you ain’t rappin’ right”.
However, his label Murder Inc. and Jeffrey Atkins Represents Unconditional Love Exists never really recovered from the later, momentous Beef with the Shady/G-Unit-Camp, so that it is not uncommon for a certain comedy to be read along when Ja Rules Name appears. He was not innocent in this, though, as he was also involved in the notorious Fyre Festival scandals of 2017. Ja Rule has the image of a ridiculous bankrupt, just like public perception
Yeah Rule is selling gyros now?

But because its reputation has been ruined for 15 years now anyway, it’s even easier to live with. Recently a commercial with Ja Rule appeared, in which he advertises for a gyros stand in front of an impressive green screen. Does Ja Rule now do kebabs? (Unfortunately) no.
